Officially the 'Client Relations and Document Support Coordinator' (CRS Coordinator for short), this position offers great diversity, fantastic exposure to our senior team members and ongoing training. The skill set you will acquire in the CRS team will be of value to you throughout your career and is geared towards providing a strong foundation of customer, technical, business, people and digital skills. Our Business

About You

 

Working closely with other Administrative, SMSF Accounting and Client Relationship professionals, this role requires:

  • Customer focus, empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Experience providing exceptional service to clients, or the willingness and ability to do so

  • The motivation to succeed and grow
  • A team mentality 
  • Tertiary education highly regarded but not essential

This position is available on a full-time basis and remuneration is flexible based on skills and experience.
